Physical products (CDs)

If you wish to cancel an order for a physical product (CD) you have the right to do so providing you contact us within 14 days of receipt (and 30 days of purchase) and providing that the packaging (including the protective cellophane wrapper) has not been damaged. A refund for the original sale price will be made.

We are not able to refund the price of returning the item itself. To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return along with the FS Records invoice. Please package it securely and send it to the address below.

Defective or faulty CDs or booklets
We will replace items if they are found to be defective or faulty. If you think a compact disc is faulty, we recommend that you try the disc on another CD player before you return it. To return a defective or faulty CD please provide a full description of the fault and the FS Records invoice giving details of the track number and time where the fault occurs and only return the actual defective part, for example, a faulty CD from a set. You do not have to return the jewel case or booklet. Package the faulty CD securely and send it to the address below. All defective or faulty discs will be checked for a defect before a replacement is sent.

If a booklet is faulty email us giving the catalogue number of the recording in question and a description of the problem and we will then be able to send you a replacement. Please remember to include your postal address in the email.

Digital products (FLAC downloads)

Download links for FLAC download albums sold on the FS Records Store are active for 14 days (336 hours) from the time of purchase, and download attempts limited to 5. Customers who have not attempted to download files within this window agree to waive their right to the goods. If you have problems downloading the files, please contact us for assistance.

Reimbursement

FS Records will reimburse monies owed via cancellation or returns within 10 working days of receipt of the returned goods together with the delivery note and reasons for return.
