Reinhard Keiser – Markuspassion

Francis recently put together this recorded performance of Keiser’s neglected but wonderfully dramatic setting of the Passion according to St Mark, commissioned to mark Good Friday 2021. This was our first long-form video project.

Schubert – Winterreise live-streamed concert

Schubert’s iconic song cycle, performed by Jeremy Leaman (bass-baritone) and Beate Toyka (piano) in this online concert in aid of the Child Poverty Action Group, was streamed live from the magnificent setting of Trent College Chapel in Nottingham.

Abbey Brass perform first recordings of music for brass by renowned Cornish composer Paul Drayton, as well as the first recording in over 30 years of George Lloyd’s magnificent (and rarely performed) 10th Symphony, a virtuosic and expansive work inspired by the architecture of England’s imposing cathedrals.
